CEOs have no idea how to run an Ltach ... They are often seen at their homes for hours during the day and rarely speak with families /patients. They truly pass the buck. Regional directors have no idea what the CEOs are doing...
There are some truly outstanding individuals (nursing staff) that work hard and really care. Select has good beliefs and ideas.
Cons
Sr. leadership only look out for themselves with a "Cross me and I'll get you" mentality despite corporate anti-retaliation policy. Willingness to lose amazing & hard working employees while retaining incompetent ones that "play the game"...extremely high turnover.
