Low pay, leads that micromanage, site/admin culture supports a very "Us and Them" dynamic between admins and entry level employees, lack of communication between admins and entry level employees--dictatorial leadership, no feedback other than negative outside of annual reviews, have to work copious OT to be noticed by admins, few entry-level employees last longer than 2 years here whether by design or by choice, assignments & advancements made based on favoritism--not performance, half of admin promotions are outside hires who left Select and later hired in again at an equal or higher position than previously, zero loyalty from admins toward employees, at this site, entry level employees have no say/suggestions for improvements are not welcomed, high turnover among the best employees
