The further up in management you go, the more you are just a number. I know it’s tough to make money with insurance reimbursement but its disheartening to sit through meeting after meeting where you feel like you are working as hard as you can and have management tell you that your clinic is not meeting goals and you need to bill a certain way, see more patients, and do more administrative work off the clock.

Low paying. Management doesn't care. Would rather hire externally than promote employees. Wants you to wear multiple hats without getting a raise. High turnover rate.
