Pros

Large corporation yet still has that small business vibe. The people around seem to be quite happy to ok in their everyday working environment. Decent Benefits package. Great access to highway which allows for a decent commute. Overall not so bad.

Cons

Lower than average pay. The coffee could be better. Difficult to transfer knowledge between department to department. No information sharing program. Training programs are lacking. There is lack of team management, granted micro-management may not be the key to success, but there is little management involvement in the roots of the operations and therefore procedures have room for improvement.

Pros

It was tough but fair for almost a decade. Expectations were clear and applied consistently across the board. Pay was above local average but so was workload.

Cons

Avoid this place. I was a very long term employee when a new CEO was hired. Within weeks people in management were getting fired or leaving. I really thought I was safe. I had been there through several CEOs and had stellar performance reviews. Nope. I was fired. And my replacement was in my spot the next day. Everyone who was not Puerto Rican was fired. Replacements were Puerto Rican. Corporate did not ever respond to a complaint I filed. I had a new job the very next day so I was fortunate.
