      Outpatient Rehab - OK Position.

      Pros

      Positive environment of health and rehabilitation. Being a part of the team which builds people back to function after injury or surgery. Meeting many unique individuals.

      Cons

      Low compensation rate, given the importance, volume, and sensitivity of the information you're handling. Hodgepodge Training/ Onboarding makes for a very steep learning curve. Processes are standardized up top, but differ depending on the management you consult with. Fast pace, and center financial goals make for quick burnout, and high turnover.

      Pros

      Great Nurses, Case Managers, and CNA'S

      Cons

      Company has been up running a year with a high turn around. Always a shortage of staff. Higher ups love to delegate, but never offer assistance. No such thing as HIPPA laws or confidentiality . Scheduler is horrible with a bad disposition. PT/OT does not help the nurses. Teamwork is just a statement. Every man or woman is for themselves. Does not reward the staff. The company was built on a LIE!!!
