Department heads get bonuses for staying under their budget, so at times we don’t have staff, supplies, or equipment needed to do our jobs. Management always backs up the patient and/or family....never the staff, they always make u look like an idiot

Pay sucks, equipment never gets fixed. Patient's needs never come first it's always what's best for the clinic and not the patient. And in the companies eyes everybody is expendable, you are only a number and not a person. And you never get anything that has been promised to you they only tell you what you want to hear to keep you around until you realize you'll always be disappointed.
