- Good PTO and the ability to carry over - Good people - Flexibility to work remote (infrequently) - Free day at Hersheypark for Corporate Campus employees

Cons

This company does not invest in young, innovative professionals. For those that prefer the outdated practice of sitting at your desk from 8-5 with no questions asked, you're looking in the right place. For younger folks who understand and practice a flexible schedule and are looking for great growth opportunities, you will struggle. There is a huge communication gap between leadership and the employees. Company news is often found through the internet before it comes through an internal communication (if at all). Nobody, not even leadership will take accountability for anything which makes it extremely difficult and painful to accomplish the smallest tasks.

Pros

Company had great values and tried to put the patient first. The staff I worked with were really nice and hardworking. The leadership really cared about the employees.

Cons

I felt like we were always understaffed. I also noticed that some of the hired CNA's did not care for the patient as they should have. Some CNA's would allow a patient to lay in their own defecation because they were just tired of cleaning up after them. That was very wrong,
