GRC leadership is STELLAR from the top-down. Great communication, constant push to evolve the program and push employees to learn new things and become SMEs on technical areas which leads to promotions, etc. Budget gives us access to wonderful tools. Cross team collaboration has been getting better and better the last two years, with high availability of cross training and collaborative projects. Great way to gain more ownership and escape any monotony from typical tasks you deal with. Managers on GRC side of things are very flexible and support a great work-life balance.

Allow you to alter your hours, pretty reasonable to vacation, understanding when life happens, lots of CEUs you can take, nice co-workers. Good place to learn for a new job, they did offer mentorship, but I had to ask and follow up on it.
