Pros
Some really great employees that are always willing to work as a team. Skilled physician's group. Put your critical thinking to use every shift. Exposure to a variety of disease processes. Decent wage for the area.
Cons
Administration cares about money above all else. Staffing issues. Unrealisticly high expectations of duties for bedside staff often to the detriment of patient care and safety for both staff and patients. Extremely stressful work environments. One administrator in particular is emotionally abusive to staff (yelling, gaslighting, unwillingness to listen) and shows favoritism. High degree of drama and bullying. Subpar benefits package.
