In the corporate office, this is a good company to work for if you are not driven or particularly talented at your job, but still want to get paid well.

Cons

Leadership in the corporate office is driven by insecurity, and quick to believe and support misinformation that assuages that insecurity. In other words, leaders reward those who lie to make leadership feel successful. If you actually take the initiative to achieve real results though, leaders feel threatened and react accordingly. The phrase "toxic work environment" was used quite often by coworkers, specifically in the Communications department.
