      Salary match Consistent work Multiple sites available

      Cons

      Will consistently dump PN and discharge documentation on Therapist based on 1 visit. Does not support consistency in treatment by keeping therapist with patients . Supports staff discord by not addressing issues appropriately. Allows favoritism to factor heavily in decision making. Demonstrates preferential treatment and provides no recourse for individuals who do not behave in best interest of team or patients.

      1. Free ceu courses (not live) 2. Decent benefits

      Cons

      1. No holiday pay 2. Can't roll over more than 40 hours of PTO. After 40 hours must be rolled over at 80% 3. Limited to no live ceu support. 4. No 401k match 5. If you resign/quit even with notice you don't receive PTO. 6. No to limited opportunity to receive raises.

      High productivity, Part B pts are a revenue source, not people. Company wide pay freeze ( 7 years). Get what you can when you hire because you will not get a raise
