      Decent salary for the area we live in

      Cons

      No salary increases ever, and no increase in vacation time, no company input into the 401K. No support when short staffed, little concern about staff education, little concern about balancing amount of treatment a patient really needs, it's all about the money. You will be asked to provide therapy for patients that is not consistent with their needs, requiring a lot of minutes of treatment to maximize the money.

      Pros

      Accrued pto for sick or personal days. Good computer system. Not mirco managed at this facility. Higher up management is never in touch with you, which cabe be good and bad.

      Cons

      No paid holidays. Pto is accrued, so if census is low, you don't accrued much pto. They will send you to other facilities and only pay for mileage after 30 mi. Which is alot of driving to get your hours.
