      Pros

      Worked in a good building with excellent co-workers, the insurance benefits were good, and relatively close to home. The nursing care was excellent.

      Cons

      Increasing productivity demands and manager that lacked work ethic. Limited options to secure hours at other sites if needed.

      Pros

      I loved the facilities I've worked and the staff. I find that their pay rate tends to be higher than most.

      Cons

      92-94% productivity is absolutely ridiculous. No raises in 6 years, no sick pay, no continuing ed reimbursement, no overtime, the list goes on. Only one person in that discipline can take the holiday off. Everyone else has to cover self on the weekend. Big time micro managers. You can't DC your patients until the clinical manager approves. Feel like a number vs. an employee.

      None. Worst years of my career as OT. Low pay. No good things to write. Only a good director we have. But at corporate level, nothing is good.

      Cons

      100% productivity. No sick time. No salary increase for 7 years. Good director and co-therapists. Pay is low!!!Expensive medical insurance.
