It's a job with bare minimum benefits

Cons

Upper management is condescending and pushes corporate agenda without regard for the therapists clinical judgement. No financial matching, no raises, and no incentives for tenured therapists. This company is about profit and not what's best for the patients.

Pros

I've worked for most of the SNF/AL/IL companies out there and I finally have a boss I really like. She oversees multiple sites but always has time for me when i call. The job has flexible hours and my patients are so lovely. It's not perfect but what job is! The Select facilities in my area are really nice - if I have to work, glad I work here.

Cons

Wish there was a better 401K program.
