Friendly environment, supportive culture. Everyone will listen to you. I worked for 7 months but I had to leave because of personal commitment. But everything is so well handled there. Once if I get a chance to relocate from Bangalore to Delhi. I will again be interested to work here. Great learning.

I worked as an IT recruiter and i had the best time working here... if you are good in your work no body can speak against you. They celebrate every festival very nicely.

Cons

Nothing, all good !! Management who are leading us from US . Keep an eye over the politics also.

SSI is an awesome company to work for. , great work environment and perks! They really seem to care about the individual, their career growth, and their happiness. Benefits and work/life balance here are the best. Overall this is the best company I have ever worked for!
