Pros

Best training available, and the licensing department handles all of your nonresident licensing needs. The compensation package was amazing, I definitely felt like I finally was bringing home what I was worth! It pushed me to do better and be better.

Cons

They are regularly shifting teams and positions, trying to find what works best for everyone. I went through 7 different job positions in a little over 2 years before I left the company.

Pros

$20/hr paid weekly and can work from home .

Cons

They make the job sound too great to be true . When interviewed 3 times , i was told you’ll be paid for 4-6 weeks of training , benefits immediately, total support and as soon as you complete training you’ll start earning high commissions. Well the training is ; say hi to all managers in the morning and spend 20 minutes doing ice breakers , then be separated into groups with people who are new like you and practice a script to cold call people and transfer them to agent. Do this 3000 yes 3Thousand times in a week and we will teach you what you’ll be doing in your department later and let you make commissio. I was hired to be a life insurance agent and instead was cold calling people who didn’t even recognize the company name and transfer them anywhere , dental , Medicare, life , auto. And the managers are in meetings all day and never respond when asked a question.

Pros

Work from home that’s about it.

Cons

All about the numbers. Constantly trying to get you to work through lunch and after hours. Even off the clock to handle emails and other things. Always being micromanaged. It simply gets worse and worse every year and commissions keep getting lower and lower. They will fire you the day after the busy season is over (as they have with literally hundreds of my coworkers every single year) because they no longer need you. Health benefits are ridiculously expensive and management has no clue what’s going on most of the time.
