Pros

Nice facility, large kitchen, free parking, great recruiters

Cons

They sell you on potential but make it impossible to actually attain. They literally have you give the place good reviews on Glassdoor while you're clocked in during training, before you see the place for what it is. They encourage scummy tactics to make sales.

Pros

Work from home, good management, hourly pay

Cons

In the interview we were promised $13/ hour and $90+ per sale. The training was great but the day before you get on the phone you have a comp meeting where you're told your commissions start at $15 per sale and goes up depending on your transferring to different departments for the company to make more money. And if you don't transfer you get paid less and the tiers are HORRIBLE as far as pay. On the lower tiers come SEP time you get moved somewhere else. Luckily I was able to do enrollments and I literally made more doing that than the actual sales job I was hired for! The leads are questionable since they all come in talking about a food card, or $1500 in the check from an ad on Facebook, a text or bogus email. Then they want us to "flip" the people you lied to into qualified sales that won't leave the plan and cause us clawbacks. This years AEP was a joke, 12-14 hour days and they were STILL advertising food cards etc. till the last day!
