Obvious they are looking to sell major parts of the company. They keep hiring while lowering pay for proven employees. Leveling is a joke. Sales goals are unreachable. Salary will decrease year over year. Customer service is non existent. The IT department can’t make the most simple improvements- but year after year everything is perfect according to the top dogs who supposedly run the show. Speak to some of the sales agents if you want to know the truth!!

Management is terrible at communication and follow through. - It's common for your emails and chat requests to go unacknowledged. - Your one on ones are almost always rescheduled, multiple times, and after you've prepared and attended. - When the meeting finally happens it's very short and they aren't prepared, No Coaching or Development - If you type "sales training" into google, you'll find the source of their knowledge. - common to receive a youtube video from the 90s or a generic "always be closing" email a couple times a month.
