All Leads provided by company. You can talk to a lot of people. Excellent training for new agents.

Cons

Unless you are moved up to a level 1 agent, the leads you get are people that are not looking for life insurance. Did not like being forced to go back and forth between final expense and Medicare enrollment. Medicare enrollment hours were terrible.

The people at SelectQuote CARE about one another and our clients. Everyone truly works together and wants to help solve problems.

Cons

Working remotely takes away from the culture a bit.
