      Commission is Great, They treat you with respect. Promote from within. Stable place to work!

      Make a lot of calls in one day. There is a mixture of types of calls that you make.

      In training right now. They have a great program, even using Zoom. Well managed by the training group.

      None known at this time, except must clock in/clock out each day and lunch. Unsure of total compensation.

      Incredible work environment, great pay, love the shout out emails and the recognition that we get for doing a great job!

      Cons

      Honestly, none. It's a sales job - if you can sell it's a sweet opportunity. If you can't sell, you'll struggle with any sales job.
