      Pros

      SelectQuote offers a fantastic team environment that fosters collaboration and support. The work-life balance is excellent, allowing me to maintain my personal and professional commitments. I genuinely feel appreciated and valued in my role. The company is very flexible with scheduling and accommodates time-off requests.

      Cons

      Peak seasons can be challenging due to an increased workload, which may require added effort and time commitment.

      Pros

      -Amazing leadership that buys into your growth and development. -Company is increasing awareness and ways to grow inside the company and to create pathways for that growth. Will continue to improve with time. -Well compensated for work. -No company is perfect, but they actively try and do better every year. -Selectquote is a growing company and can’t wait to see all the growth that come from that. -Presidents club winners get to go to on an amazing trip every year to someplace new! -We have internal leadership programs that help mold our people and help them develop their skills as they become leaders themselves. -Wellness incentive programs to get discounts in premiums. -Every leader and team I’ve been on have been amazing at bringing inclusion and letting every person be themselves. -Building upon our culture and trying to make sure we all have a seat at the table. Still more progress to go, but we are making strides to get there!

      Cons

      -Our agents see long hours and weekends during our peak time, but they pay is worth it for the right person. -Sometimes our sales and sales support agent roles are not for everyone. It takes the right person to thrive in that environment and to be successful. I was one of those agents that it wasn’t for me, but I found my internal path that suited me better. -Some benefits can continue to improve. We’ve seen some changes every year for the better, but just want to keep seeing those positive changes come through.

      Honestly, I don’t have any cons to share about working at SelectQuote. I feel genuinely supported and empowered in my role. The leadership encourages innovation, values employee input, and provides the flexibility I need to do my best work. I’m given the autonomy to be creative, make data-driven decisions, and drive meaningful results. It’s rare to find a role where your strengths align so well with the company’s goals and culture, but that’s exactly what I’ve found here.
