If you have a heart for people and doing the right thing, this may not be the place for you. Pay is structured to reward only high producers. As one of the managers said: "We're not interested in marriages. Have as many one night stands as you can." Thats exactly how the job eventually makes you feel: Cheap. Empty. Slinking away in the middle of the night.
