Pros

SelectQuote is growing so much as a company they've not only managed to hire 700+ agents gearing towards this upcoming AEP, they've stepped out of their norm and hired managers externally. They believe in a work/home balance in regards to not just agents but also leadership. They regularly highlight employee improvement, positivity, and productivity.

Cons

Every company has it ebbs and flows, however it is important to extend opportunities to those who want to elevate their position within the com-pany more consistently.

Boring and no alignment across leadership

Good pay, easy workload, flexible work-from-home policy.

Cons

Boring, toxic culture, nepotism, most of the leadership team knows the owners personally so unable to get rid of them. Unable to accomplish anything because most of the company is remote and no one notices if people aren't working. Team members would be offline for weeks and no one would notice.
