To start off the employees here are absolutely fantastic! Everyone here truly embodies that Midwestern mentality. You know when you drive through a small town and everyone acts like they care, they wave at you when you drive by, ask if you need help getting your groceries to the car, know your name, they genuinely care. That is how the SelectQuote "community" works! The facilities are spectacular! They have everything from Company Kitchen to shuffleboard tables. No matter how stressful your day is, you know that you can head into the breakroom pick up a paddle and throw down an EPIC match of ping pong. The MONEY, it's what you make it! Work hard play hard is a real deal! The more you put into the job the more you get out. You can come in with minimal experience and with the right work ethic completely change your life.
