Pros

To support the high growth, they regularly reevaluate what systems, processes, and people are working well and which ones aren't. They promote from within and build new teams around successful people.

Cons

It's a fast paced, high growth company almost doubling in size year over year the past several years, so systems, processes, and priorities change frequently to meet the business demands. It can be a challenge to keep up and accept a reasonable amount of risk to maintain the growth.

Coworkers become like family, flexible hours, lots of employee perks, positive atmosphere overall

The only thing I can think of is that the wifi can be spotty at times.
