      Culture subpar. Leadership is some of the nicest in KC. Company is fair, and does right by its employees.

      Pros

      Pay. Coffee machines. Managers. Training was very thorough. Brand new building. Medicare Industry is booming. Represent a lot of great carriers.

      Cons

      Not many young folks working there compared to a lot of other sales organizations around KC. Comp plan seems to change often to where it’s harder to make the money you were once making.

      One of the best I have ever worked for

      Pros

      I have enjoyed every moment so far working for this company; I love it here. A growing company where there is ample opportunity to grow with it, if you show a strong work ethic and put in the necessary effort to succeed at your position. Management team truly cares and is known to go above and beyond for their employees. Commissioned employees stand to make a good living if they put the effort in to meet goals and objectives. Work-life balance can be achieved. The office has a work hard, play hard mentality. Free food on a regular basis, monthly and quarterly appreciation events.

      Cons

      Some divisions working through commission structure Base salary is on the low side You have to work to earn your commissions; this is not a place where you can rest on your laurels and still expect a big paycheck.
