      Pros

      -competitive pay -laid back environment (for the most part) -very generous on things like free food/lunches and very up to date on technology/systems

      Cons

      -being a fairly new company, there are constant changes happening often. alot of these changes introduce new challenges and head aches -poor benefits compared to my previous employers -quality of leads are random, some are decent but most are poor -management ... at first very laid back but as of late are going towards a more and more micro management style

      Pros

      Great training to learn about the life insurance industry. Will teach you the basics with underwriting guidelines. Competitive compensation, but you have to put in 50+ hours per week to make it.

      Cons

      Peers are great people. Management have that "I am always right and you are always wrong" mentality. Manager will not listen to you. All they do is intimidate you and threaten you with your job if you do not hit your goal instead of support you so you can reach your goal.

      Great company if your looking to get experience in the Medicare insurance industry.

      Pros

      Great relaxed working environment; wonderful co-workers; company provides paid training for both Agent and Case Specialist positions. Great feeling knowing you are helping your customers save money every month on their Medicare insurance.

      Cons

      Often seemed support personnel were not valued by the Company as much as Agents; while the Company is growing at a very fast pace, growth opportunities (except as an Agent) appeared to be extremely limited.
