Pros

I felt like this position was great during open enrollment- but if you stay on during the off season- be prepared for constant ethically grey choices. Calling up existing clients to attempt to resell products regardless of the client’s interest, I sn’t a good business model.

Cons

It’s too sales focused- customers mater. The pay structure is screwed up as well. They try their best to screw you out of commission.
