Decent benefits, paid holidays. . There’s nothing else great about this company.

Let me start by saying if you have morals and integrity please don’t work for these people. I applied for this role because I wanted to get into the insurance industry. Big mistake! The red flags were so big in training ! The biggest red flag is they can’t seem to be able to explain how your bonus is paid and how they calculate it. They will find any reason to not pay out your bonus as well and when you ask why they come up with anything. The higher up staff micromanages every little thing. They say you can get a total of 30 min break time but as soon as you hit the 15 min mark it starts to count against you and you risk loosing your bonus. They coach us LIE to the healthcare members that call as well by telling them that it’s additional benefits they “may qualify” for and they have us transfer the members to a licensed sales agent all for the agent to try and get them to change insurance. If you’re comfortable lying through your teeth everyday and wasting peoples time then go ahead and apply! This company is clearly a joke and needs to be shut down. I don’t understand how they’re still in business lying like this to people. The calls are very scripted and timed so if you can’t get the member over to a licensed sales agent by the timer it will count against your stats ! It’s impossible to succeed in this role ! I should have looked the other way while in training . 15/hr just to lie to people all day on back to back calls with no time to breathe
