People are friendly, salary. Limited work from home. 37.5 work week. Location.

Cons

Upper management with unreasonable demands. A do not care attitude. No strong support. Performance management not consistent. No work life balance. High turnover. Supervisors micromanage. Some supervisors inexperienced. Vacation limited.

Pros

There is a free state of the art fitness center at the company’s headquarters. That is really the only pro.

Cons

Micro-management culture. No career growth potential. Difficult to attract strong talent when HQ is in the middle of nowhere and prospects for career growth are slim to none.
