Pros

Nice commute. Friendly people. Growing company. Senior leaders recognize a need for change to grow in the future. Very loyal workforce. Company strives to do the right thing. The company adds value to the community and truly cares about its customers.

Cons

Culture struggles with growing into a larger enterprise. Senior leadership struggles with letting go and empowering their people. Lower leaders spend most of their time managing up and not enough time leading the people under their stewardship.

Pros

Above-average pay per tech position. Clean commute in a rural location. Held the line fiscally through a tough time

Cons

Old-boys management, zero mobility. No management of expectations with every team allowed to demand everything of the dev staff all at once, so no way to schedule and manage anything. Pure pressure, and personality-based system of promotion. Hanging on to old systems, zero innovation, zero mobile app approach.
