Pros

Use to be a good company to work for years back

Cons

Doesn't seem to care about it you do you job well as long as you can swipe your card to enter one of the offices twice a week seems to be all that matters. New office opening and using that as a punishment for people who can't sit in an office twice a week

Great place to work

Pros

A lot of remote positions. You don’t get micromanaged if you get your work done. Flexible hours. Inclusivity. Treated as a person, not a number or “alias” Option to buy stock in the company.

Cons

It’s insurance.. lol Can get extremely busy at certain times and hard to maintain work load.
