Pros

This is a company that truly cares about it's employees. The organization is constantly working on initiatives to remain highly competitive and innovative in what they offer to their employees. The company places a high focus on culture; particularly employee recognition, engagement and inclusiveness. Selective also provides tuition reimbursement and encourages employee development in the form of conferences and seminars.

Cons

Moving up from an administrative role is a bit difficult. Other than this, I have no real cons for the organization.
