Pros

Selective is a very employee-centric company. They know that if they treat their employees well, they will in turn treat their customers well

Cons

They have had a significant growth spurt in the last few years, so their policies and systems are lagging. However, they know their weaknesses and are addressing them.

Pros

Co workers were pleasant even when overworked and abused by management

Cons

All praise goes to VP’s while all they care about is expense. When effort understaffed developers get the blame. When developers work 60 hours a week to meet deadlines VP takes credit. Old Ceo and Cfo knew what they were doing. New ceo is lost and just does what told by cio
