Pros

Working from home was nice

Cons

I was struggling with the workload as a new employee trying to learn the hit processes. I went to my manager and tried to find a solution, which was completely ignored. It kept piling on until finally broke and had a major anxiety attack, which I do not have a history of. My doctor put me on leave and prescribed anti anxiety meds and I returned to work when my dr agreed that my symptoms were controlled. Upon my return I found that they had terminated my position. It had been less than a year, so FMLA did not protect my job. They chewed me up and spat me out.

Horrible Working Environment

Pros

3 days in office/2 at home

Cons

Entire management & sales team always out of the office on vacation. My supervisor made himself completely unavailable by working in the office when everyone was on their days home, he is passive/aggressive and stabs his employees in the back.
