Pros

Benefits here are good, the pay is decent but not much with inflation now. 2 days a week remote. They make an effort to create a diverse workplace but no very diverse yet given the industry

Cons

No full remote, ceo reports record profits but no raises

Pros

Making an effort to really embrace a shift in culture to be more diverse in thought and action

Cons

Shutting out the long tenure staff. Still demanding heavy workloads from long tenure staff but only focusing on new talent for opportunities for growth.

Pros

The gym and parking garage

Cons

The culture. The not intelligent culture that is provided in all aspects of business at a company in Sussex county. People all come from PA and work on the farm. Complete culture shock coming from NYC.
