      Regional company with National type coverages.

      Cons

      Work life balance for a field position could be an issue. Online System still could use some upgrading

      Pros

      Selective offers extensive training opportunities and employee engagement events. Their intern program is also excellent. They also partner with local schools for placement of students into cooperative employment positions.

      Cons

      From my experience there was little to no room for career growth and pay was inadequate. Workload was impossible and never addressed. There was minimal automation or system interfaces with most of the functions I performed. There was no opportunity to work remotely.
