Pros

Selective has spectacular resources to effectively do your job. The people are kind and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely want you to succeed in your role. The workloads are reasonable as long as you can manage and prioritize your work. Pay is competitive, and bonus opportunities reward you for hard work.

Cons

I have been with the company for the past 2 years and have noticed a friendly work environment. Managers are willing to help. There are mentoring incentives and learning resources.

Cons

Payscale, I honestly thought is slightly below market.
