Nice office, co-workers are cool, simple product, in San Diego

Cons

-Shady affiliate marketers represent far too large a percentage of clientele, although I know they're working to balance that out with more e-commerce brands -Minimal diversity while I was there, although I see they've made some diverse hires since -Product support staff not paid enough to live, while others have been overpaid

- A lot of room for growth within the company - Remote (WFH) - Unlimited PTO and schedule flexibility - Pay is good - Benefits package is good - Parental leave paid up to 6 weeks

Cons

- Being remote makes it difficult to connect with co-workers - Onboarding new hires needs to be streamlined - Training is inconsistent

Poor/sub-par management of deadlines and expectations of work needed to be completed, not heeding advice from the engineering team when necessary (new feature implementation, what's possible within a given timeframe etc.), refusing to implement simple processes like design iteration to better install features and functionality into the app instead of just introducing poorly thought out concepts randomly, poor server/data management... The list goes on.
