      Pros

      Good company to work for in the long run, if you’re patient enough to wait for the slow union raises.

      Cons

      Poor management, horrible HR department. Nobody is motivated to work harder because your union raises will come regardless of your work attitude. Don’t expect to be a shining star and get anything from it at SSP.

      Employees are nice to work with but they work long hours

      Cons

      HR department is horrible to work with, they are lazy and favors people they choose to help. HR staff does not know anything that is going on with the workers and company.

      Middle management seems to have conflicting instructions resulting in mismanagement. Tell your family you love them, you won't see them for a while.
