      Pros

      I would be hard pressed to find minimum 20 words to find any good reason to work for Senior SSP

      Cons

      Their only goals was to push product out of the door. By any possible means. Seemed as management knew about certain percent of shipped goods might be returned And then never ending cycle of rework paperwork began. Glad to be out of there.

      Pros

      Intelligent and hard working engineers and technicians. Diverse and friendly workforce. Convenient location close to freeway exits. Decent benefits. Flexible hours for exempt employees.

      Cons

      Uncomfortable, inadequate and dirty facilities. High employee turnover. Management is clueless. Managers and officers are constantly under the gun and forced to make hasty decisions. In 3 years, I've had 6 managers and 3 officers. Many were fired. Witnessed some unethical practices. Management typically has unreasonable demands. Language barriers are a problem here.
