If you are green in the industry and need to break into aerospace, it is a good place to learn a lot and get a competitive salary.
Cons
Depending on the department that you are in, it could be a very stressful job. I think that there is only a handful of people that you can easily work with but everyone else is stressed out of their mind. No comradery here or someone trying to be helpful. Expect customers on-site at all times and be pulled into many projects that have nothing to do with your job.
