Pros

-coworkers are friendly, inclusive, and overall cool people with cool stories -opportunities for career growth and intra team switching -weekly all hands meetings, never feel like you're out of the loop -upper management approachable -fast paced, lots of exciting projects

Cons

-people work very hard (honestly to me that's a pro, but i guess if u dont like working hard it could be bad/stressful for you or something? idk haha)

Fun and challenging work with a collaborative team!

Pros

-Challenging work! Unlike anything else you'll likely ever work on -Collaborative team - no finger pointing -Good culture, everyone is nice and friendly -Support for new ideas -Work-life balance -Not political, flat structure - management is also doing work

Cons

-There's no template to look at (pro & con!) -The technology is still a work in progress, so customers are sometimes unhappy - BUT Sense tries to be as transparent as possible with them -Not much room for advancement since the company is still small, but those opportunities could become available quickly with growth
