      -Great group of people -Fast paced work never gets boring -Company is always working to better both the product and the employee experience -Business is also consistantly growing allowing for new opportunities.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company has its challenges but Sensera is dedicated to tackling challenges and constantly improving.

      Truly a nonsense company culture! Great Co-Workers, everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. Great PTO No micro management Great schedule If given the opportunity, I would work there again.
