      Pros

      A very interesting place to work, and you're able to learn a lot about the various projects underway. A very supportive workplace open to questions and collaboration. Everyone is very nice and helpful, and exceptionally good at what they do.

      Cons

      Like many workplaces things can come up that change schedules or plans. If you can be a little flexible there's no issue.

      Pros

      I'm impressed with the work that we are doing at Senseye -- this was one of the things that intrigued me the most about the company. But also, what sealed the deal was the culture of the company. Everyone is authentic and can come as they are. Another pro is because we are a startup employees have more 'say so' in how and what we implement, unlike huge corporations that have more red tape and barriers.

      Cons

      Since we are a smaller company it is expected that you take full accountability in the work that you do -- Senseye gives you full autonomy. So this may not be good for someone who likes to procrastinate or someone who likes to be micromanaged.

      Pros

      Smart and kind people. Easy to work with one another. Easy to talk to anyone for help and advise. Cool boss and projects. Good open communication.

      Cons

      Open space office can get a little annoying. Noise canceling headphone is a must.
