They pay is pretty low and they don’t offer any raises or anything like that.

Pros

The people you work with on a regular basis are wonderful and caring and truly want to help our patients.

Cons

The management (at a director/CEO level) is awful and does not care about anyone that works for them and blatantly says so to staff members. Employee pay at all levels is not anywhere near comparable market rates. Changes occur constantly and with little regard to the people doing the actual jobs, then little to no training is given for said changes. Everyone that works for them is burnt out, overworked, and unhappy. Management has no regard for the welfare of their employees and only cares about money.

Our primary focus remains on delivering exceptional patient care, which at times, necessitates swift operational decisions. However, these decisions are always made with careful consideration, purpose, and with our central goal in mind - providing world-class patient care.

Pros

Some people don’t feel threatened by your knowledge and have big hearts

Cons

Some people are threatened by your knowledge if you show you know more than they do People here have limited education and knowledge and are moved from a simple entry level department to a department they know nothing of

Thank you for sharing your feedback and perspective. At Sensible Care, we deeply value every team member's contributions and aspirations. We are committed to a 'promote from within' philosophy, ensuring all employees have ample opportunities to explore their professional paths, whether it's ascending in their current role or branching out into new areas. The happiness and success of our team members are always a high priority. While we respect differing opinions, I'd like to clarify that we consistently seek individuals who bring unique knowledge and expertise to enrich our team. We believe in embracing the strengths of each team member, and as a leader, it's a privilege to bring aboard those who can impart wisdom and skills to our collective growth.
