Great benefits in terms of Health, PTO, Retirement, and Parental Leave Compensation is competitive as well as bonus structure Ability to move up in career path, hard work is acknowledged and rewarded Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of customers and colleagues

Cons

Lean structure requires dedication and ability to accommodate additional tasks. Need to be flexible and prepared to to take the lead on certain projects / tasks, potentially outside normal job duties, as well as be a champion and see its completion

Plant has gone through 3 plant managers in 5 years. And company rewards incompetence: a) FIrst guy got promoted to a different division and he sucked b) Second guy got moved to a different plant and he has seen one too many war movies. He was a micromanager with a superiority complex (seen it all, done it all,, know it all). c) Hope the third guy is better d) The second guy had his cliques and that was it. e) The evil little drill Sargent was eyeballing for the union steward and was trying to get him fired. He was absolutely horrible, good thing he is gone!
