      Good place to work for the experience, but not a long term option...

      Pros

      Decent pay, limited benefits but comprehensive, very professional atmosphere. Turned around a facility with help of senior management and took the CEO to play a big role so it shows that leadership listens and cares.

      Cons

      Dress code is super strict. Don't think about not having a full suit on at all times. Plant and departmental leaders are not trustworthy but senior management is. If you are looking for a long term position, look elsewhere.

      Pros

      1.- Very competitive salaries. 2.- Flexible in procedures, inflexible in results. 3.- Freedom to be creative, to try new things, to think outside of the box: I deeply love the opportunity to work in a company that not only allows me to open my wings and fly in unfamiliar fields but also supports me on the process. 4.- Broad recognition of merit: I love that at Sensient a priority rule is to recognize achievements and effort not only in front of a local audience, but in a Global way. 5.- The golden rule of respecting others: I believe that a respectful work enviroment will always increase the level of creativity and collaboration within a company.
