They instill a culture of professionalism and one that always brings forth new challenges/opportunities. Sensient also encourages an entrepreneurial mindset and will use ideas that are voiced from all levels within the organization to create positive change. There is no shortage of work so being able to prioritize and stay organized is a key to be successful. Hard work pays off!

There are always new challenges but that's necessarily a con. The company has come a long way over the past few years.
