      Pros

      I've been able to grow and transition my career in non-traditional ways thanks to the company. Management listened to my goals and helped create a plan to continue my development. Large focus on career advancement and setting you up for future success when you express the desire for it. Also large investment in the future of the company - lots of innovative projects in place. Upper management does yearly reviews of employee round tables to gather feedback and make changes.

      Cons

      Formal dress code and fast paced, but nothing major.

      Pros

      I've been here for about 10 years, and Sensient helped build my career in a lot of ways. I've been lucky to have some good managers along the way who advocated for me, and I do feel like I progressed faster here than I would have elsewhere. The pay is competitive and the benefits are fine enough. I also really enjoy the people I work with - lots of strong experts who care about the work they do.

      Cons

      The dress code and working in office rules are pretty strict and lack flexibility. I know leadership doesn't care that people don't like it, and it's not enough for me personally to leave the company over. It just seems like they dig their heels in on it for the sake of it and are afraid that if they give people some latitude on it, they'll lose control - fear based instead of evidence based. Bonus program also seems very narrowly focused.

      Pros

      Competitive Compensation, Great benefits, very professional environment. I feel as though my personal and career development are prioritized and leadership wants to put you in a position to succeed.

      Cons

      The only con I can name is not having the flexibility to work from home.
